EXTENSION OF STAY

1. The resort has the authority to transfer guests who requests to extend their stay into an available room.

2. Should the room transferred to, do not belong on the room category previously availed. Necessary adjustments on the upgrade will be charged respectfully.

CHANGING AND UPGRADING ROOMS

1. Changing of room can only be accommodated depending on the availability of room.

2. The room transferred to should belong on the same room category availed previously.

3. Room upgrades are accommodated depending on the availability of rooms.

4. Room upgrades are to be settled before the transfer is made.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1. Cancellation made on the date of arrival or after check in is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. No refund shall be extended for cancellation made five (5) days or less prior to date of intended stay.
